Hello

first of all i came to this site via strange ways and was realy exited. Until i noticed this java applet drops junk on my pc whithout telling me it will.

I uninstalled this to never come back to my system again.

I don't mind installing things but not whithout MY PREMISSION.

Hi ZoeF, apologies for your experience with the game - at the moment Tropic Euro installs a shortcut on the desktop automatically, but it will only do this once. I guess I could change the "Launch Tropic Euro" button to read "Install Tropic Euro" instead to reflect this.

However, contrast this to the behaviour of other software such as iTunes, Adobe Reader, etc which forcibly add new desktop shortcuts on every update.
