toolshed non-functional during opponent producer

i have 2 tools in my toolshed. my oponent selected producer. production occurred without giving me an opportunity to move tools from the toolshed onto plantations.

Hi bughouse, this is a long-standing known issue in the game, so I've made it a sticky thread. Please see here for more details:

In future the Producer role (and some other roles as well) may be altered to give users with a Toolshed the opportunity to move tools before the role comes into effect.
