Yeah the noblemen expansion could certainly be added in future. I've yet to play this expansion (either online or offline), and was hoping that another Puerto Rico online clone would add it so that I could get a good feel for the expansion - we might want to add a slightly modified version of it.

Hi tangentg, apologies for the late reply - ranked/unranked games are set up automatically according to the number of human players at a game. If each island is controlled by one unique human player, then the game is ranked, otherwise it's unranked.
